About the Role

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service while helping to drive quality outcomes across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Centre Manager in leading daily centre operations
- Mentor, coach and develop educators to achieve their full potential
- Ensure compliance with National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Build strong partnerships with children, families and the local community
- Support occupancy growth through exceptional family experiences and community engagement
- Monitor centre performance against financial, operational and quality targets
- Foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive team culture

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements
- A current Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
- A passion for mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement
- A positive, solutions-focused leadership approach
