We are seeking compassionate and clinically skilled nurses available to start ASAP, with PM shifts and occasional night shifts on offer. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care and coordinating support services for clients in their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols
- Conducting client assessments,



developing care plans, and reviewing them as needed
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Managing wound care, catheter care, chronic disease monitoring, and post-hospital support
- Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers as required
- Liaising with families, allied health professionals, and medical practitioners to ensure continuity of care
- Documenting all care provided and observations in compliance with standards
- Responding to changes in client condition with sound clinical judgement and timely escalation
- Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for each client
- Supporting clients through palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

- Must have at least 12 months of professional/post-grad experience as an RN
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Experience in home care, aged care, community health, or hospital nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- A commitment to holistic, person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally to provide in-home care
- Must be available during PM shifts and occasional night shifts
