The Opportunity

As the Business Development Manager,



you will be responsible for driving portfolio growth across the Sunshine Coast by identifying and securing new management opportunities while building long-term relationships with landlords and referral partners.

- Identifying and capitalising on new residential business opportunities within the rental market
- Building and nurturing strongrelationships with prospective landlords
- Securing new managements and growing the rent roll - handing to the PM team
- Developing and maintaining a strong database of referral partners and future clients
- Providing expert advice on property management and QLD legislation
- Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity
- Delivering exceptional customer service and client experiences
- Facilitating a seamless handover of new managements to the Property Management team
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise referral opportunities

About You

- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for customer service
