Role Details

- Location: Brisbane CBD – easy access to public transport
- Start Date: August 10th
- Contract: 6 months
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-7pm+ 1 in 3 Saturdays (RotatingRosta)
- Pay: $42.49 + super, paid weekly
- Training: 2 weeks classroom style

What You’ll Be Doing





- Handling inbound customer inquiries with care and professionalism
- Providing clear, friendly advice and direction
- Navigating multiple systems to keep information up-to-date
- Logging every interaction to maintain excellent service standards

Who We’re Looking For

- Genuine, proactive individuals passionate about customer care
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Previous call center or phone-based customer service experience is a plus
- Ready to start 10th August and commit to the full contract term
- Collaborative mindset, willing to pitch in as a team player.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly a strong sense of empathy.
- Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of recent systems.
