- Answering phone calls and receive orders
- Dispensing orders
- Packaging of postage orders
- Provide a high level of customer Service and product knowledge
- Stock and inventory management
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a dispensary technician
- S2/S3 or Certificate III in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded
- Great communication skills and are proficient in English.
- Work well in a team setting as well as being able to complete tasks autonomously.
- Focus on customer service and sales.
- A great problem solver and are outcome focused.
- Willing to learn and grow at work.
