Selected Duties:
Prepare and serve healthy meals for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.Support children’s wellbeing through safe food handling and allergy-aware cooking.Collaborate on child-friendly menu planning, aligned with dietary guidelines and Centre budgets.Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.Help create a nurturing, respectful environment for children, families, and staff.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience Your values align to ours - Integrity + Respect, Community + Collaboration and Creativity + Innovation.Essential:
Experience in a commercial kitchen or Early Childhood Service.A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).Strong time management, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.A passion for healthy food, happy kids, and a healthier work routine.Must be able to undertake a pre-employment medical.
Desirable:
A Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
