About the Role

We are looking for a Broker Assistant to join our Cairns team on either a full-time or part-time basis, providing valuable support to our Brokers. With training and ongoing support, you'll quickly build the confidence and skills to perform a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Policy preparation and maintenance
- Processing invoices, endorsements and renewals
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing exceptional service

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn, develop and grow within the role.

This position can be based in either our Cairns or Tablelands office.

About You

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills




- A process-oriented approach with exceptional attention to detail
- A genuine passion for continuous learning, professional development and career growth
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using a range of technology and systems
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a Broker Assistant is highly desirable, but not essential
- A Tier 2 qualification is highly regarded, but we welcome applicants who are eager to obtain this qualification.
