As our ECT, you will:

- Deliver play-based learning that sparks curiosity, joy, and a love of nature
- Create warm, inclusive environments where every child feels seen and safe
- Build trusting partnerships with families and mentor fellow educators




- Celebrate each child’s milestones and unique learning journey

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Current Teacher Registration/Blue Card
- Solid knowledge of QKLG, EYLF & NQS
- A values-led approach, with a passion for nature, community, and collaborative practice

Cubby Care Coomera is a unique service, with it being situated on approximately 7 and a half acres and are home to some resident farm animals.

While our days are busy and full, children are always our top priority. We are deeply committed to providing high-quality education and care where children feel protected, supported, and genuinely valued.
