We are not a traditional golf venue.

The Role

You will move across the venue, golf bays, bar, café, and retail.

On shift, you might:

- Welcome guests and get them set up
- Manage bookings and keep sessions running smoothly
- Show new players how the simulators work
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues
- Take food and drink orders
- Prepare café items and beverages to our standards
- Deliver food and drinks across the venue
- Keep the space clean and ready for the next group

We will train you properly. We expect you to follow the standards properly.

- You follow SOPs and do not cut corners
- You speak up when something is not right, or could be better

- You can work evenings and weekends

RSA and Food Safety certificates are required for certain shifts. If you are the right fit, we will guide you through what is needed.

We are open to juniors who are respectful, switched on, and ready to learn. (Hourly rate will vary based on MA000080 award)

Nice to Have

- Barista experience
- Golf knowledge
- Interest in sport
- Previous hospitality experience

Helpful, but not essential.
