We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join a recent look kitchen team at a reborn Iconic venue in the heart of The Hills.
What you would be doing
- Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in day to day running of the kitchen
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
- Assisting in Menu planning and development
Who we’re looking for
- Motivated
- Flexible hours and availability
- Hands on, positive attitude
- Can keep their cool under pressure
- Works well independently and within a team
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Must have full Australian Worker's Rights
