Projects Administrator - Full Time - Northside Location!

Our metal manufacturing business is recognised as a market leader in stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum fabrication, and structural steel. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, quality workmanship and great team environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily administrative functions of a project or program.
- Providing daily support to project team as directed by management.
- Liaising with other professionals and consultants to define outcomes and timelines.
- Coordination and management of the monthly reporting cycle for project status
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
- Managing project documentation and contracts, raising issues and implementing changes to contracts.
- Assisting Project Managers with creation and documentation of project requirement; budgeting and regular reporting
- Complete client communication and reporting through Online Client Platforms (
- Organise and book travel for projects.
- Coordinate and administer meetings, including taking and issuing meetings.
- Develop robust working relationships with the project team.
About You
- Prior experience as a Project Administrator within the building / construction / manufacturing sectors
- Experience in developing and maintaining process documentation and reporting on project statuses and activity.
- Proven high level oral,
written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with team members and internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong focus on safety standards.
- Ability to lead, manage, and collaborate across the board.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and budgetary limitations.
- A current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- A great work ethic, positive attitude, customer focus and commitment to quality outcomes
- Self-starter with high personal drive and a positive attitude.
