About the opportunity
Join a collaborative and fast‑paced marketing team where you'll play a key role in delivering impactful marketing, communications, digital and broker engagement initiatives across the Australasian broker network. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, broker communications and digital activities, helping drive engagement, strengthen relationships and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute broker communications, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, training communications and ad hoc marketing initiatives.
- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing assets, collateral, presentations, digital content and event materials across multiple channels.
- Support the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns aligned to business objectives and commercial priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage approvals, workflows and the successful delivery of marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and insights, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- 5-7+ years' experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing, with experience delivering integrated campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM, email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Umbraco, Optimizely or similar.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Highly organised and analytical, with the ability to manage competing priorities, interpret campaign performance data and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
