? About the Role

This is a CASUAL position within our SIL homes, offering flexibility across a 24/7 rotating roster.

In this role, you will support participants to live with dignity, choice, and independence.

Your day-to-day may include:

- Providing personal care and daily living support

- Supporting community access, social activities, and appointments

- Offering emotional and behavioural support

- Assisting with transport to appointments and activities

- Helping maintain a safe and tidy home environment (cleaning, laundry, etc.)

- Working collaboratively within a supportive team

? Shift Details





- Casual position with flexible shifts

- Day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available

- Sleepover shifts (including rest breaks)

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or AIN qualification

- Minimum 12 months’ experience in disability, aged care, or similar

- Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities (desirable)

- Current First Aid & CPR

- Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- Full Australian working rights
