As a High-End Garden Maintenance Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing some of the region's finest residential gardens. This role requires a high level of horticultural knowledge, attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally. Every property must be maintained to an exceptional standard, with a focus on presentation, plant health, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled garden maintenance to a premium standard.

Expertly prune shrubs, hedges, trees, and ornamental plants.

Identify and manage weeds, pests, and plant diseases.

Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilising, and seasonal care.

Carry out mulching, planting, soil improvement, and irrigation checks.

Operate and maintain all garden maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure all work areas are left clean, tidy, and presentable.

Communicate professionally with clients and represent the Nest brand positively.

Identify opportunities for garden improvements and report recommendations to management.

Complete daily paperwork, site notes, and photographs where required.

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in high-end garden maintenance or horticulture.

Strong plant identification and pruning knowledge.

Competent in the safe use of all garden maintenance equipment.





Excellent attention to detail with a passion for quality.

Ability to work efficiently without compromising workmanship.

Robust problem-solving skills and initiative.

Current driver's licence (manual preferred).

Chemical accreditation (ACDC) is desirable.

Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent experience is advantageous.
