Noosa Boathouse is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work across our three-level kitchen in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant on the Noosa River. You will lead a team, ensure quality and consistency, and contribute to planning menus for both restaurant service and function events.
Candidates should have at least two years in a Sous Chef role, a passion for cooking with locally sourced produce, and the reliability to thrive in a busy hospitality workplace. Weekend and evening shifts apply.
