Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our project delivery team.

The Prospect

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing engineering functions, supporting project delivery and contributing to the successful completion of major civil construction projects. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate previous experience operating as a Senior Project Engineer and the ability to lead engineering activities, manage project interfaces and deliver outcomes safely, efficiently and commercially.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project engineering activities and provide technical guidance.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Monitor programme, costs, quality and project performance.




- Support contract administration, procurement and project reporting.
- Mentor Project Engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Project Engineer on major civil construction projects.
- Strong commercial, contractual and technical understanding.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver project outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience across roads, bridges, rail, utilities, renewable energy, substations, data centres, defence or commercial civil projects will be highly regarded.
