Looking to build your career in workforce coordination and operations? Join a supportive team where you'll play a key role in managing our external workforce, including contractors, labour hire employees, consultants, and service providers.
Working closely with Procurement, Legal, hiring managers, and external suppliers, you'll coordinate contractor onboarding, maintain compliance, support supplier performance, and provide reporting that helps drive business decisions. You'll also gain hands-on experience using a range of business systems to manage contractor information, monitor compliance, generate workforce reports, and support operational planning.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of contractors and external suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with labour hire providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for contractor enquiries and day-to-day support.
- Maintain accurate contractor records across business systems, ensuring information and compliance documentation is current and up to date.
- Assist with contractor agreements, renewals, and extensions.
- Monitor contractor compliance and support governance processes.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and workforce data to provide insights into contractor numbers, supplier performance, spend, compliance, and workforce activity.
- Use business systems to manage contractor records, track work orders, monitor maintenance activities, and support operational reporting.
- Work closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to ensure contractor engagements are managed efficiently.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across maintenance activities, contractor management, work scheduling, compliance tracking, reporting, and asset performance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and system efficiencies while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and keeping things organised. You have an interest in data, reporting, and using systems to improve business processes.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in administration, workforce coordination, procurement, legal ,contractor management, or a similar role.
- Confidence using business systems, databases, and various platforms to manage information and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is essential
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and grow
