Right now the Current Federal Battery Rebate, BESS2 and incoming BESS3 rebate has demand through the roof — and we've got more qualified inbound enquiries than our current team can handle. We need closers.

This is a phone-based solar & battery sales role out of our brand-new Coomera office (our 5th nationally). No door-knocking. No cold calling. Customers have applied for an exclusive appointment with us — you pick up the phone and do what you do best.

What You'll Be Doing

- Closing warm inbound solar & battery enquiries over the phone
- Following up already-booked appointments to close
- Educating customers on the benefits of solar & storage, building rapport fast, and signing them up efficiently

You’ll thrive here if you

- Have a proven track record closing over the phone (solar experience helpful, not essential — we'll teach you the tech)
- Can build rapport fast and control a call
- Are self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to level up
- Are comfortable with numbers, CRM/computers, and juggling a pipeline

This role probably isn’t for you if

- You need a script for every call
- You go quiet the moment a conversation gets technical
- "Uncapped commission" scares you instead of exciting you
