Benny’s Cronulla is on the hunt for a strong Senior Chef de Partie to join our team.

We’re a busy coastal restaurant focused on quality produce, simple execution, and delivering a great experience every service. With a growing events and functions calendar, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step up and be part of a tight, professional kitchen.

The Role

- Run your own section with confidence and consistency
- Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team
- Maintain high standards in prep, service, and cleanliness
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal changes
- Assist with functions, events, and high-volume services

About You

- Proven experience as a CDP or Senior CDP
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
- Organised, clean, and detail-oriented




- Passion for food and hospitality
- Reliable and a team player

What We Offer

- Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 + Super (based on experience)
