We are seeking a Duty Manager to join our operations with previous experience and understanding of relevant liquor and gaming legislation. Bar and Restaurant Managers looking to step up are encouraged to apply.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day to day venue operations
- Monitoring and managing staff performance, rosters and training
- Providing high quality customer service to our customers
- Maintain effective communications to all departments and key stakeholders
- Maintain a safe and comfortable atmosphere in our venue
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legislative requirements




- Daily cash and gaming reconciliation

You will have:

- Passion and drive to exceed customer expectations
- Experience working under pressure in a high pace setting
- Current RSA/RSG and Approved Manager Licence certifications and willing to undergo a police check
- Flexibility and available to work across 7-days, rotating roster including weekends, late nights and public holidays.

This role is 100% operational within our front of house team.
