We’re growing quick—and we’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable Trades Assistant to support our Facilities & Engineering team across our Brisbane sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist tradespeople with maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment
- Respond to breakdowns and help get operations back up and running
- Support preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Carry out basic repair work and servicing tasks
- Work across warehouse facilities and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
- Report faults and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar hands-on role
- Experience using power tools or in mechanical/electrical environments
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Licence (required)
- EWP / Boom Licence (required)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
- Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on safety
Bonus points if you have
- Trade qualification (or working towards one)
- Experience in warehouse or industrial environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
