What does the job look like?

Join our Retail team as an PM Transport Allocator supporting our Retail Transport operations based at Redbank, QLD. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for transport allocations, route planning and dispatching metropolitan deliveries to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations. This position operates on a rolling four‑days‑on, four‑days‑off roster, with 12‑hour shifts running from 2:00pm - 2:00am. Key areas:

- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing explicit instructions while fostering positive relationships
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements
- Ensure regular communication with customers, keeping them well‑informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact them
- Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times

Are you the one?

We’re seeking a motivated self‑starter who’s eager to learn and grow. Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive. You can demonstrate:

- Experience in transport load planning, driver or fleet allocation is highly regarded,



but not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills – experience with TMS is highly regarded
- Strong geographical knowledge of QLD metro and surrounding areas
- Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure, remaining organised and highly efficient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
