We're looking for an experienced, reliable and energetic Facilities Cleaner to join our Maintenance Team and take ownership of the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards across our entire property.

This is not your typical cleaning role.

About the Role

As our Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across the property.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Daily cleaning of public amenities, offices and staff facilities

- Cleaning and sanitising commercial kitchen and café areas

- Maintaining visitor, retail and tasting areas

- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and waste management

- Restocking consumables including toilet paper, paper towels and soap

- Performing scheduled deep cleans across all departments

- Monitoring site presentation and addressing areas requiring attention

- Reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns

- Supporting the overall presentation and visitor experience of Tropical Fruit World

- Working closely with our Maintenance Team and department managers

Work hours and days

- Sunday to Thursday

- Up to 35 hours per week

- Sunday rate

About You

We're looking for someone who:





- Has previous commercial cleaning experience

- Takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards

- Is able to work independently

- Is self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to see what needs to be done and take action without constant supervision

- Has excellent attention to detail

- Is physically fit and capable of performing a hands‑on role across a large property

- Is reliable, organised and trustworthy

- Has robust time‑management skills

- Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive workplace culture

- Is willing to work weekends as part of their regular roster

Experience cleaning hospitality venues, tourism attractions, schools, aged care facilities, resorts or large commercial sites will be highly regarded.
