We are looking for reliable and motivated Food Production Operators to join our fresh produce processing team.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating food processing equipment and assisting with the preparation of fresh vegetables to meet our quality and production standards. You will work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced production workplace where safety, quality and efficiency are our priorities.

No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. We are looking for reliable people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate food processing machinery and equipment.
- Prepare and process fresh vegetables to production specifications.
- Monitor product quality and minimise waste.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
- Report any equipment issues or production concerns.
- Complete production records and documentation as required.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cool production environment.
- Physically fit and capable of safely performing repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting and loading heavy products into production equipment throughout the shift.
- Able to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and workplace safety.

The following are advantageous but not essential:

- Previous experience working in a food production, food processing or manufacturing environment.
