We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist in Charge to join a dynamic and friendly pharmacy team in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of NSW. In this role, you will work both in the dispensary and at the front of shop, providing expert advice on OTC and prescription products to patients while guiding pharmacy staff. About Our Ideal Candidate:
- Registration: Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Communication & Rapport: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build strong customer rapport.
- Customer Focus: Friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to comfortable forward dispensing.
- Detail & Quality:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all pharmacy operations.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team setting.
- Desirable Experience: Previous experience with Webster care/packing and nursing home services (highly regarded).
