About Us

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our Boost Juice store in Canberra. If you are passionate about customer service, team leadership, and driving business performance in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise and oversee daily store operations for efficient and profitable performance
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Recruit, induct, and manage employee performance and development
- Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets and maximise profitability
- Maintain stock levels through ordering, inventory control, and stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints




- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising
- Prepare operational reports and assist in budgeting and cost control

Skill & Experience

- At least 1 year of full-time experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail management position
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience managing stock, budgets, rosters, and daily store operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy retail environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
