Location: Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and Upper Gold Coast Region, QLD

Responsibilities
Client Correspondence: Handle communications with clients across all aspects of property management.
Tenant Sign-ups: Facilitate new tenant sign-ups, ensuring smooth transitions.
Maintenance Coordination: Oversee you maintenance systems, repairs and follow ups.We use TAPI!
Insurance Claims: Coordinate insurance claims and liaise with insurance providers.
Arrears Management.
Conduct Entry and Exit inspections and reporting.
Client Retention: Foster client relationships.
Qualifications
Experience:Minimum of 3 years in property management or a related field.
Education:Completion of Real Estate Certification, administration or customer service training would be ideal.
Skills:Stellar communication and organisational skills, proficiency in property management software (Property Me), and strong problem-solving abilities.
Soft Skills:Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at time management of juggling multiple tasks.
