Duties

A newly created position to cope with demand, this role will see you working alongside a highly successful Buyers Agent specialising in buying for clients on the Northern Beaches of Sydney – Collaroy to Palm Beach

Day to day you will support by:

- Searching for, researching and delivering suitable properties to clients ranging from Collaroy to Palm Beach
- Attending open homes and property inspections
- Liaising with solicitors, building inspectors etc.
- Following up agents for off‑market opportunities
- Client management – providing reports, updates and general communication
- Networking with Real Estate agents to gain referrals

Specific requirements

- 3+ years Real Estate experience (ideally a previous Agent, a Sales Assistant or Associate to a high‑achieving Agent, or a Property Manager / BDM etc)




- Be comfortable getting on the phone & easily able to forge relationships with agents
- Ideally living on / or good market knowledge of the Northern Beaches (Manly to Palm Beach)
- Current Certificate of Registration or License
- Drivers license & up-to-date vehicle
- 3 - 4 day a week in Real Estate
- Hybrid – Work from Home (WFH) and Office combined
