We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at Love & Rockets and Honey B's. This position requires an individualwith a driven and outgoing personality, whose focus constantly remains on offering a unique experience to our devoted and new customers. THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who enjoys service and bringing venues up to the next level as well as:
- Management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- The ability to reachsales and exceptional customer service skills
- Drive service, compliance and product passion with staffthrough extensive team training
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Be a team player and have the ability to motivateand energise a team
- Full availability as this position involves nights and weekend work.
- a currentRSA / RMLV / Approved Managers License or have the ability to obtain these qualifications
