You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and presentation of three neighbourhood retail centres. Working closely with Centre Management and service providers, you’ll ensure all sites are compliant, secure, well-maintained and delivering a great experience for tenants and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operational services, maintenance and compliance across three centres
- Lead repairs & maintenance budgets, forecasting and monthly P&L; reviews
- Oversee contractors, service agreements and performance reviews
- Coordinate essential services testing, WHS inspections and risk management
- Respond to incidents, safety concerns and urgent works across the portfolio
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, service providers and centre teams
- Identify opportunities to improve asset presentation, reduce costs and enhance sustainability
Skills and experience required for this role
- Experience in retail,
property or facilities operations (multi-site preferred)
- Strong WHS, compliance and building operations background
- Confidence managing budgets, contracts and contractor performance
- Strong communication, stakeholder and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple sites
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
