RTO Manager - Short courses in construction and mining

Small to Medium-Sized RTO | Hands-On Leadership Role | Genuine Growth Potential

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and motivated RTO Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations, compliance and continuous improvement of our established Registered Training Organisation.

This is a rapid-paced, dynamic and very hands-on position within a small to medium-sized RTO delivering nationally recognised training, primarily across the construction, high-risk work and vocational education sectors.

The successful candidate will not simply oversee the operation from a distance. You will be directly involved in compliance, reporting, funding requirements, student administration, trainer support, systems improvement and the practical running of the RTO.

This position would suit an experienced RTO professional who understands what is required to operate a compliant, commercially successful and efficient training organisation and who is comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
