Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (overtime and Saturday work available)
About the Role
We are seeking a multi-skilled operator for a leading civil and construction company. This hands‑on role requires both heavy vehicle operation and machinery skills, including:
- Driving materials safely to and from site with a Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
- Operating an excavator on‑site
- Assisting with pier installations and other on‑site construction tasks
This is a temp-to-perm position offering a varied workday, career progression, and plenty of overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Transport materials safely to and from construction sites
- Operate excavators and other machinery as required
- Assist with pier installation and general site works
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain equipment
- Work overtime and Saturdays when required
Skills & Experience
- Excavator ticket with proven operating experience
- Experience with pier installations and general construction tasks
- Strong safety focus and ability to work independently or in a team
- Reliability and flexibility for overtime and weekend work
