CBRE is seeking a Plumber to maintain, repair and install plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems across our facilities. You will handle preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns with urgency, and work with a multi-trade team to ensure protected, compliant operations.
You’ll need a trade school diploma with 3+ years of experience, plumbing certification, and valid driver’s license. Medical Gas and Backflow certifications are preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
