Advantage Healthcare & Physiotherapy is a busy, independent private practice currently expanding our senior team due to ongoing demand.
You’ll be joining a team of 10+ physiotherapists, with most clinicians having 20+ years of clinical experience. Our clinic is built around collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning — a true teaching environment where experienced clinicians continue to grow.

About the role
You will manage a predominantly private musculoskeletal caseload, including:
- No bulk billing
- No Bupa or Medibank preferred provider arrangements
- No discounted appointment models
Our caseload is approximately 6:1 full fee paying clients compared with WorkCover, DVA, NDIS and other compensable clients — meaning less paperwork and more time focused on patients.

- $130k FTE salary + super
- $1,000 FTE professional development allowance annually

About you
You will have:
- Minimum 9 years private practice experience (10+ years preferred)
- Strong MSK and rehabilitation skills
- Excellent clinical reasoning
- Confidence managing complex cases independently
- AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
- A desire to work alongside other experienced clinicians
