Work with a diverse clinical case load in community NDIS and Homecare settings

Work closely and collaboratively with our broader team to achieve patient outcomes, consisting of geriatricians, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dieticians, exercise physiologists, behavioural therapists, podiatrists and music therapists

Receive ongoing mentoring and training

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Physiotherapist to join our team with a mixed caseload of patients in the community as well as our upcoming clinic. This role is available on a part-time or casual basis to suit your lifestyle, and will involve travel across Metropolitan Sydney. You will be responsible for providing our clients with high quality assessments, treatments and improving patient outcomes using best evidence-based practice.

Your training will include:

Undergo intensive 1 on 1 shadowing from our Senior Physiotherapist (if required)

Across an aged care, community and NDIS client base

Training adjusted to suit your skill set and experience

Travel across metro Sydney expected for shadowing

Work from home training opportunities will be made available

Assistance in slowly growing your own caseload

You will be:

Trained to provide independent skilled assessment, recommendations,



and therapy such as functional and mobility assessments, falls risk assessments and prevention programs, strength, balance and reconditioning programs, chronic pain management, post-hospital and neurological rehabilitation, and assistive technology and mobility equipment recommendations

Complete treatment notes and NDIS reports to a high standard, and in a timely manner

Respect client and resident confidentiality, rights, cultural beliefs and privacy

Establish and maintain outstanding rapport with patients, residents, facility managers and support coordinators to facilitate a mutually beneficial relationship

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Passion for delivering high quality care in the aged care and disability spaces

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy

Current AHPRA registration

Professional indemnity insurance

Valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle

Eagerness to work across community, aged care and NDIS settings

New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to apply
