About the Role

As a Mental Health RN, you will provide high quality, patient centered care while supporting patients through their mental health journey. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery, safety, and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing assessment, care planning, and ongoing support for mental health patients
- Completing mental health assessments and monitoring changes in patient presentation
- Administering medications and providing clinical support
- Supporting patients experiencing mental health crises
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Working collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and therapeutic workplace

Essential Criteria

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year recent Mental Health nursing experience
- Current Flu and COVID vaccinations
- National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to work shifts across Northern Sydney
