About The Role
Join our team as a Casual Support Worker across our Skills 4 Life, Life Skills, Work & Study, and Adult Recreation Programs in Hornsby, North Rocks, and North Parramatta. Support our customers to build independence, achieve their goals, and enjoy meaningful community experiences.
- Deliver engaging day-to-day programs and activities within our Day Program.
- Facilitate and encourage participation in Skills 4 Life, Life Skills, Work & Study and Adult Recreation Program.
- Support customers in developing new skills, building confidence, and maintaining their independence.
- Provide respectful, person-centred support, including personal care where required.
- Safely use manual handling techniques and equipment in accordance with training and best practice.
- Build positive, empowering relationships that support customers in achieving their individual goals and reaching their full potential.

Skills & Experience
You have a passion for and confidence in facilitating activities,
and you enjoy inspiring and engaging others.
Here’s what will help you shine in this role:
- Confidence infacilitating engaging group activities in Skills 4 Life, Life Skills, Work & Study and Adult Recreation Programs.
- Can think creatively and adapt activities to engage customers.
- Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexible availability to work on a rotating roster and across multiple sites.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable driving a 12-seater van.
- Empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
