An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to join a growing claims team in Brisbane.

We're partnering with a well-established organisation that is expanding its claims function and is looking to appoint multiple professionals across a range of claims portfolios. These positions offer the opportunity to join a supportive and high-performing team where your experience, judgement, and ability to deliver positive customer outcomes will be genuinely valued.

The Prospect

As a Case Manager or Senior Case Manager, you will manage a portfolio of claims from end to end, working closely with customers, medical professionals, rehabilitation providers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

You'll be joining a collaborative team environment that values accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service. With multiple roles available,



opportunities exist for both experienced Case Managers and Senior Case Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

About You

- Income Protection Claims

- Personal Injury Claims
- Claims Management and Case Management

You will also bring

- Experience managing end-to-end claims portfolios
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience assessing liability and entitlements
- The ability to manage complex claims and competing priorities
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to achieving positive outcomes
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience (highly regarded for Senior Case Manager opportunities)
