- Pay Rate : $950 - 980 plus super
- Hours of Work: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
- Location : Paramatta ( Hybrid )

MUST HAVE:

Salesforce configuration / Salesforce Service / Human Centred Design workplace

Primary Skills :-

- Senior business analyst in large technology transformation projects and minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Experience working in a Human Centred Design environment and applying HCD principles i
- Salesforce technical background and functional expertise to guide the team towards effective documentation and development processes are highly desirable




- Experience in Salesforce Grants Making/Management and the ability to define configurations for Salesforce Service
- Collaborating closely with the Product Team and the wider Program team, including Salesforce Architects, Salesforce and other developers, integration and data subject matter experts (SMEs) as well as the QA team.
- Works closely with developers to implement requirements, understand and review solution designs to ensure requirements are included appropriately, provide necessary guidance to testers
- Works collaboratively with all team members within squads and across workstreams
