About the role:

Reporting to the Manager, Program Delivery, you will lead the planning,deliveryand continuous improvement of our Interpreting qualifications. Working collaboratively across Education and the broaderorganisation,you'llensure our programsremaincompliant, accessible, responsive to student needs and aligned with industry expectations.

You'llbuild capability across our training workforce while supporting student success and contributing to the strategic growth of DeafConnect'seducation services.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

- Lead the planning,coordinationand evaluation of nationallyrecognisedInterpreting qualifications.
- Build,mentorand develop a high-performing team of Trainers, Assessors and Tutors.
- Monitor program performance, studentoutcomesand quality indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment,onboardingand professional development activities.
- Work collaboratively with Program Design, StudentServicesand other internal teams to deliver outstanding learningexperiences.
- Foster strong relationships with industry stakeholders and contribute to moderation,validationand quality assurance activities.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA Standards,



fundingrequirementsandorganisationalpolicies.
- Champion a culture of collaboration,innovationand continuous improvement

About you:

In your application, let us know if you have these key skills and experience:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching,mentoringand developing teams.
- A commitment to inclusive education, qualityoutcomesand continuous improvement.

Highly regarded:

- Experience as a Trainer/Assessor or Tutor.
- Five or more years' experience as a working interpreter or have a Certified Qualified Interpreter accreditation.
- Experience using Moodle,aXcelerateor other Learning Management Systems
- Experience working within the VET sector and/or a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
