About the Role
Our client, is seeking x2 experienced Civil Labourers with a Roller Ticket to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are comfortable operating a roller when required and jumping off to assist with general civil labouring duties across site.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a roller safely and efficiently when required
- Assist with general civil labouring tasks
- Work alongside crews on road, subdivision, and infrastructure projects
- Adhere to all site safety requirements and procedures
- Support the team to meet project deadlines
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Current Roller Ticket/Competency
- Previous civil construction experience, working on the roads and with top soil
- White Card
- Ability and willingness to work on and off machinery
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Reliable transport and Drivers licence
