What You'll Be Doing
No two days are ever the same! You'll become an significant part of our team by assisting with:
- Welcoming clients and visitors
- Answering phone calls and providing outstanding customer service
- General administration and data entry
- Preparing documents and correspondence
- Assisting our Property Management, Sales and Centre Management teams
- Managing emails and appointments
- Filing, scanning and maintaining records
- Helping keep the office running smoothly every day
About You
You're someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
- Takes pride in doing things well
- Is organised and has great attention to detail
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems
- Communicates professionally and clearly
- Is reliable, motivated and eager to learn
- Enjoys working in a busy team environment
Previous administration or customer service experience is great—but it's not essential. We'll provide training and support for the right person.
