Flourish Australia is seeking a casual Peer Worker or Mental Health Worker to join the Goulburn team. The role supports people with lived experience of mental health challenges to pursue recovery goals and wellness.
You will engage in recovery conversations, help access activities, and promote independence while acknowledging the value of lived experience. Candidates must hold a relevant Certificate IV or have 2+ years in human services, and have a current Australian driver’s licence.
