Workfast is looking for a Boilermaker to join a Waste Management & Recycling Facility in Acacia Ridge, QLD. This role will see you working on a range of fixed plant equipment within a waste management and recycling operation, completing preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and plant improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, on fixed plant equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing of plant and machinery
- Work on equipment such as conveyors, shredders, screens, pumps, gearboxes, and recycling plant machinery
- Assist with plant upgrades, installations, and shutdown work when required
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with site safety procedures and compliance standards
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment at all times
What You Bring to the Team
- Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights
- Trade Qualification as a Boilermaker
- Prior experience in a similar fixed plant, recycling, manufacturing, or heavy industry maintenance role
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol test
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks when necessary
- Professionalism and a commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety
