Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (Finance) to support a finance transformation project as part of a broader project-based program.

This role focuses on one workstream, supporting delivery and coordination rather than managing a full project.

Key Responsibilities

Support delivery of finance-related project activities

Coordinate tasks across finance stakeholders (AP, AR, reporting, etc.)

Track progress, risks, and issues within the finance workstream

Assist with process improvements and documentation

Work closely with the Project Manager and PMO

Provide implementation support for finance changes

Qualifications

3–7 years’ experience in finance projects, consulting, or BA roles

Background in finance operations, reporting, or transformation

Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Solid coordination and stakeholder communication skills

Experience in FMCG, consumer products, or lifesciences preferred
