About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be trusted with the autonomy to interpret the client's vision and drive projects from the initial briefing through to final execution. We want you to run with the project, adding your individual flair and design integrity along the way. You will own the design and project lifecycle, translating ambitious concepts into award-winning, beautifully realised, and functional architecture.
Responsibilities / Duties:
Design and mange high-end projects autonomously from initial concept through to construction completion.
Lead design development and produce meticulous documentation across all stages using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
Champion the design intent while ensuring excellent technical solutions and strict adherence to relevant codes and standards.
Successfully navigate the town planning process with relevant authorities.
Confidently administer projects during the construction and prepare detailed architectural specifications for tender packages.
Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants,
and builders to ensure critical project milestones are met.
Direct and coordinate internal team members to ensure total project alignment.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for a creative and driven individual with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine passion for high-quality architecture.
A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate professional experience in architecture.
Essential professional proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD skills also valued).
A high-calibre portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and high-quality, completed projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
Excellent construction knowledge and a meticulous eye for technical detail.
Robust communication and liaison skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients, teams, and contractors.
