Junior Garment Technician (perfect for new grads!)

Fulltime Fixed Term until 18th Dec 2026 with the potential to become permanent

Base salary $58K + superannuation + annual leave loading

If you are looking to kickstart your fashion career then this role is for you! The Junior Garment Technician, you will create a job ticket for our production team to follow. The job ticket will include sequence and production times for each part and each step needed to manufacture the garment.

About your new role

- Ensure all raw materials - Fabrics,



Embellishment and Trims are correctly listed on Job Tickets and data loaded into production software
- Supply other departments accurate job slips.
- Report all potential Job Ticket order delays to Factory Manager as they occur
- Liaise with key members of the design and production team to ensure each step of the critical path is accurate, correct and realistic.
- Provide pre-production staff with information when print or embellishment artwork need to be created.
- This in an office-based role Mon-Fri, 7:00am start - 3:30pm finish, with early finish on Fridays

What will you bring?

- Knowledge of garment manufacturing process from start to finish
- Cert IV or Diploma in the relevant field
