About Us

Based in Melbourne this business offers a variety of solutions for both commercial and residential swimming pools supplying water treatment systems for commercial pool facilities across Australia.

This hands-on role combines B2B sales, customer engagement, technical advice and basic troubleshooting which is a mixture of on the road appointments and work from home arrangement. You will have full support from Head Office in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs.

Having had a presence in NSW for over 5 years we are seeking a technically minded Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across NSW & QLD by building strong customer relationships, generating new business, and supporting customers with pool equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities across domestic and commercial markets including pool trades, swim schools, gyms, and recovery centres. They will manage leads, conduct cold calling, visit customer sites, provide equipment advice, assist with installations,



and perform basic maintenance and fault finding.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Build relationships with new and established customers
- Promote your products range of domestic & commercial pool equipment
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's while ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Implement and negotiate sales strategies to increase revenue of your territory
- Ensure ongoing& reliable customer satisfaction through time management
- Basic trouble shotting, installations, maintenance and repairs of pool equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers

Experience & Qualifications

- Technical minded team player who enjoys the thrill of a sale
- Thorough time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Self-motivated and has a passion for sales, customer service, installations or maintenance
- Enjoy interacting with all types of customers around the NSW area

Ideal candidates will have a trade or technical background (e.g., electrical, plumbing, mechanical) with strong problem-solving skills, sales focused, pool water treatment knowledge, and a genuine customer-focused approach.
