The Opportunity

As Centre Manager, you'll lead a passionate team of educators while driving centre performance, quality outcomes, family engagement, and community connection.

You'll have the opportunity to:

About You

You are a confident and motivated leader who knows how to bring people together, create strong team culture, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

You'll bring:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven Centre Manager experience within Early Childhood Education
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Protected Standards
- Experience leading teams to achieve quality, occupancy, and compliance outcomes
- A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching and developing others
- Current Working with Children Check
