About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven State Manager to lead our NSW operations.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving sales performance, developing people, and executing strategic growth across the state. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining and improving margins
- Build and manage key relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Identify and execute growth opportunities in a competitive market
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to drive results
- Develop and implement state sales strategies aligned with national objectives




- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in the electrical wholesale or related industry
- Minimum 5+ years leadership/management experience
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Demonstrated success in sales growth and team performance improvement
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- High level of motivation with a results-driven mindset
